Web Based e-Voucher/Airtime Recharge distribution system for Agent/ Reseller
The aim of this project to build a web based e-voucher/airtime distribution system that can allow us resell airtime vouchers of different operators through a web-based platform. The system to be based on a back end database (MySQL) and a front end client web log in to process transactions.
Front-End Interface
The client should be able to select the amount of airtime from the system via web interface, make the payment through PayPal or Credit Card and request voucher pin number to be sent to the receiver. The system should then send the voucher pin to the recipient in real-time via SMS after the payment has been made.
The client user friendly interface should be organised in manner: 1: Different Operators Mobile 2: Products for each operator 3: Denominations for each product
Back-end Database:
The following functionalities are to be provided through user-friendly interface:
The administrator should be able to import voucher numbers via txt or csv file into the database.
The platform should full information about each network operator registered in the system, including the operator’s profile, the access rights, and the transactions limits. In addition, the privileged administrator can manage some credit and balance settings for that agent/reseller.
The administrator should be able to define the reseller’s commission schema for each product. (Selling price for the client) this would be deducted from pre-paid balance as the customer processes the transaction.
Record and manage agent/reseller pre-paid credit deposits
Reports:
The following reports should be generated from the server.
Reseller Balance details, Pin Details, Daily Sales, Reseller Sales, Stock Report, Log Report Others

Our virtual Airtime Recharge & Distribution allows you to acquire prepaid airtime vouchers electronically from mobile operators and upon receipt of encrypted files containing airtime vouchers by email, will confirm and load the files into the back office server airtime stock database.
