Web Designer & Developer for 2 stunning websites: 1 for a Marketing Agency and 1 a Business Consulting firm

I'm looking for a web designer and developer for the following with an aim to build a long term relationship, bringing them more jobs from our clients in the future. Please see below and let me know if you're interested and what your best price would be and timescale: Marketing agency website: I'm looking for a talented web designer and developer (both skills required) to create a stunning and impressive, premium, client-facing website for a new marketing agency. The site will feature c.6 pages. The site should be visually stunning, impressive and professional with a great UX/UI and portraying high levels of creativity, talent and innovation to impress our clients. It should also drive users to a contact section/form to reach out to us. It should include custom graphics/illustration and animation/interactivity and potentially custom icons. We want the site to be and appear custom-made and branded, not just look like any old template built site with text dropped in. The site should also be responsive. I really like the idea of some engaging interactivity on the site - for example, [login to view URL] does this quite effectively with the interactivity leading users down to convert. I assume our interactivity might be a bit different and probably more subtle , perhaps with illustrated characters in an Isometric Illustration interacting in a certain way when the user does some things on the site. Another idea I like in order to demonstrate creativity and talent to our audience is text and image or illustrations working together in a clever way, for example in the attached example, although I'm open to more interesting and interactive/animated ways to do this - it could even be the illustrations interacting with the text (but happy to take any creative recommendations you have for this). In terms of the branding, this is currently being developed, including some visual branding devices that can be supplied for use/adaptation as well as logo, fonts and colour scheme . I will provide this when the right person is found. I will also begin working on the copy for the site as soon as possible which will be supplied to you. Business Consultancy website: We'd also like an impressive, easy to navigate website that looks professional, premium, modern and innovative. It will likely be c.3 pages. We also want this site to be and appear custom-made and branded, not just look like any old template built site with text dropped in. The site should also be responsive. Again branding is being worked on - logo, typography etc. will be supplied for use in addition to the copy. I'd like to be able to edit the sites as and when needed easily after the job is complete, however have experienced issues with sites crashing when built in Wordpress on other projects, so would prefer another CMS to be used, unless Wordpress is best and we can be certain no issues will occur in the future. If we proceed and we're happy with the work, I aim to build an ongoing relationship with whoever designs/builds my sites, bringing them more design/ web development jobs in the future.
