Greetings! My name is Ariyan Mishra and I am a web developer as well as designer. I would love to have the opportunity to discuss your project with you. To complete your initial project I would review your existing assets and construct them into a template that all additional website follow. This website can be created with WordPress and also by HTML, CSS, PHP, etc. Are you okay with the graphics designing as shown in the sample website, or do you prefer to use more on designing? I have experience on working over all the elements required for creating this website. I'd like to know whether the hosting price will be whose? I believe communication is the key to any successful project, and I'd like to start things off on the right foot but suggesting we schedule a phone or Skype call to discuss the project further. This will enable us to make sure we communicate well and that both parties are completely comfortable with scope of the project.
