vBulletin Theming

I have a very basic forum website that I would like to have themed and setup by someone experienced vBulletin. It got overrun by spam a while back and I have cleaned up hte majoroty of spam and want to bring the forum back to life. The tasks that I need 1) very simple logo 2) theming and colors set 3) generally tie the site together I am running vbAdvanced in addition to vbulletin. The url is esalvage (dot) (com) If you have experience with vBulletin sites please post your experience so I can take a look. If you have some experience with vbAdvanced even better. Dont need a new design just someone experienced with the theming will be great! Thanks again
