A 5 Star Hotel Photoshop Template

I need a template for a 5 star hotel. The situation is this....I can not make the decision on which one they want to use. They have to decide. So what I need is a template made, and then a link to where they can view it. It must be professional. I look at it this way, I do not need exclusive rights to it, so make an awesome one and then go sell it a templatemonster.com. Please do not ask me to pm you, I only would like links to the template. Also only submit ORIGINAL work, I am very aware what is out there and will know if it is a fraud. If I like what I see, future business might come out of it. Thanks
