Replacing existing shop with Magento or Woocomerce

Hi! We would like to change our website (mainly some kind of web shop) that uses custom CMS. It works very poorly so we would like to replace it with Magento or Woocomerce. - There will be only few products so there is no need for full shop functionality - it must be kept simple, also no order or customer data needs to be migrated. - Client provide only email, we do not store any other user details (real name, address etc), unless clients asks as for invoice etc. - It must allow 3 payments channels PayU, PayPal and BitPay (we’d like to use free plugins if available). - Layout might be similar to one currently used, but we are open to ideas. (RWD layout) - Shop only works as e-service, so order effect is returned to client in order status. - Our services requires users to upload files or pasting some text when placing orders (form of upload/insert is connected directly with product type, as an example: one order of product A may need client to upload a file and paste some text, two orders of product B require client to upload file or paste a text) . - Other part of our software (this is not part of this project) must be able to communicate with shop: 1. Take order ID with info about location of attached Files and all data provided by client connected with order (it will be enough to provide full SQL query to obtain this data) 2. Update order status to ‘in progress’. Also in future we would like to return percentage status of every full multiple of 10 to every element of order (as previously mentioned also SQL update query will be enough) 3. Return finished status with result of ‘success or failed’, when success: 1. Add result (always as text)) to client panel and send email 2. Delete all data provided by client for this order 3. Allow user to delete result after confirmation. When failed offer some coupon for next order. Keep in mind that returned status can be different for every piece of product ordered. - We use 2 domains: .com and .pl with different languages for product descriptions etc. (it is possible to use only .com with only changing language if you find it nesesery). - Part of our website is Wordpress blog, it is used to store tutorials for our services and news and [login to view URL] must be correctly linked to shop, also possible to migrate this data to shop (if woocommerce is used), and we would like to create new layout corresponding to new main website.
