Redesign already existing website using same blueprint

Hi all, I already have a website that is some kind of dictionary, with definitions, Questions and Answers etc. where users can add comments, write their own posts and rate both. All these functionalities should be very clear for the user and thus I need a very nice, modern and fancy design that looks great for my users, but is also user friendly and keeps the niche and 'glossary feeling' a la Urban Dictionary intact. I already have the website and it's "frame" or blueprint built, so I just need the design that will make it great looking. It of course needs to be mobile first and also: flexible enough to extend it into a mobile app whenever needed in the long term. I am open for suggestions, new logos, icons and a look and feel. I'd like to have someone who could advise me and is strong in communication as this is a very specific niche. I'd only need a design that is easy to convert to HTML/CSS (preferably already done by you), as I am not using Photoshop. Here is the link to the website: [login to view URL] What you can't see yet, is e.g. a page with all letters and when you click on them, it should show all posts starting with that letter. The rest is fairly straightforward: you see on the left sidebar, the most recent posts and comments. In the middle, you see the latest articles. Those articles are clickable and lead to the detail page of an article. Every article has comments and both the article as well as the reactions should be likeable + shareable. On the right side, you see a list of the latest Questions from the Q and A section. These are related questions, but not necessarily related always. Also, you have a related posts section and of course social media. Some ads will also be displayed on the website, eventually.
