I need a very simple easy to use free buy and sell website designed. The basic buy and sell tools, not a lot of features. The setup should be simple. Choose a category , a description of the item you wish to sell area, Auction start feature , picture upload feature(up to four picture can be uploaded at once),media upload feature, Identification upload feature(basically another picture upload feature where a person will upload proof of id like a driver license picture, picture id and so four, also four pictures can be uploaded at once) ,home page Item featured feature, Auto Relist feature, time duration of item being sold feature, Control Panel page. When a person sets up a user account they must give real name, address, e-mail and so four. But once they set up an user account like craigslist they get an anonymous name to go by. And on all the website pages a advertisement box. Where up to four advertisements can be uploaded at once. With each advertisement being displayed for a period of time by itself. Before moving on to the next advertisement. On the home page the advertisement box will be near the top in the middle of the page. I also need files from another website I have removed from that website and integrated into this website. It's a reputation system, php I think.
