Mailchimp Expert We are looking for an individual or firm with extensive experience using Mailchimp. We are setting up new drip campaigns and need someone to lay out the messages and help with some other functionality. We have all the email content. We need it formatted within MailChimp. There are three things we would like done currently: 1. Email Content - Add our email content to the four existing campaigns. Fourteen emails per campaign, a total of 56 emails. We have them already HTML formatted but need some tweaks and need them all added to Mailchimp. 2. Automated Rollover - Have the four existing campaigns roll over to a different monthly campaign. At the end of a current campaign, after the initial 14 emails are sent, we want the client to rollover to a monthly campaign. We want the monthly campaign to be based on a calendar monthly cycle and we want people to join it, either when manually added or when one of the other existing campaigns rolls them over, the client should join that monthly campaign in the appropriate month. So everyone gets Happy Holiday emails in December for instance. 3. From email address – From email or settings that allow a client to reply to the person who sent the message. Our CRM sends data automatically to Mailchimp and starts the existing campaigns based on the data it receives. Our CRM also sends data relative to who sent the message, so if the email has the right tags, it will display the senders, name, title, phone, email, etc in the body of the message. We would like either the From email address to show the email address of the person sending the message, or we would like the message set so if someone replies to an email sent by MailChimp, the reply goes to the person who sent/started the message or campaign.
