-- Comprises of iPhone, Android and website to book luggage delivery service - 3 types of Users : Customers, Luggage Porter and Admin - Luggage Delivery for Customers - Luggage Porter to deliver services, which depends on who accept the job first - Customers can register/login using email address or tjrough social media account like Facebook and Google - Customers must input their phone number, where a verify code will be send to them via SMS, and they need to type in that verify code to successfully register - Luggage Porter can register/login to deliver luggage delivery services fo customers as well -Customers need to login before booking luggage delivery services, where they need to select country and city to be delivered - Also, they need to select the type of place to drop their luggage, where it will be refreshed to allow user to select the place based on the type of place specified - In addition, they need to input the datetime for the delivery to commence and number of luggages, where surcharges of more than 2 luggages will be displayed - They will select the type of place to receive their luggage, where it will be refreshed to allow user to select the place based on the type of place specified and select a package, where each and every package differs from their cost and delivery datetime. Once a package is selected, it will be displayed to the customers with the datetime and cost, and customers had to agree to Terms & Conditions to proceed -Once details are confirmed by customers, they can proceed to payment through either paypal or credit card -Confirmation email will be send to them after payment, which include label to the luggage to be attached for delivery. There is a QR code in the label for luggage porter to confirm they have received the luggage and customers to track their luggage baesd on the status - Luggage Porter can select which delivery to undertake by choosing jobs that is under "Not selected yet" status and click on comfirm button to undertake. The first luggage porter to click on confirm button will get that particular delivery job - Once they accept it, the job will be under their dashboard, and they can click on the job to start, where status will change to "Arriving Soon". Under "Arriving Soon" status, they can click on the job to change to "Arrived" once they reached and ready for pickup, where push notification to Customers -Status automatically changes to "Transiting" once they scan the luggage's QR code - Under "Transiting" status, they can change to "delivered" after luggage has been delivered and Push notification to Customers, where there is additional note stating the location of luggage if traveller wasnt around to collect - Customers acknowledge luggage received by clicking on received button -Admin can view dashboards to see key performance indicators of different luggage porter and they can download dashboard in excel format
