Hello,

We need help fixing some lead capture boxes on our website at TradelineSupply.com. It is a Wordpress website and we believe the contact boxes use a plugin called Contact Form 7.

We have 2 email capture boxes on our “Pricing” page and when people submit their email to us on these boxes we get an email notification, but we do not see their email address they entered.

On the next page titled “Credit Partners” there is a large data collection box and when they submit their info we do not receive the data they entered.

There is a 4th form on our contact page that is also not providing the email.

We simply want all these data collection boxes to email us the data that has been entered exactly the way it is on the website.
