Attention web developers! This is a project for people familiar with the Google Maps API and/or skilled in JavaScript. The project will use only HTML & CSS (No LESS/SASS please!) and JavaScript (and PHP and MySQL if you would like to use a database). The purpose is to create a 1 page web application that provides users with the fastest, cheapest (based on gas prices), and most environmental-friendly routes. The user will enter two addresses, select a mode of transportation and the time, and the fastest, cheapest, and most environmental-friendly routes should be displayed, as well as a map displaying the route(s) and directions. You may use the Google Maps API as much as you want. The web application does not have to be fully responsive, but it should work on desktop screens and larger. The project has already been started, so you can build on that. Message me and I will show you what it looks like so far. This project needs to be completed as soon as possible and it doesn't have to be anything fancy, as long as it works.
