Email issues and other new features.

Issues to resolve: 1. URGENT: Clients are getting emails every minute in which it should not be the case. Not sure if it has to do with Account Registration, Account Activation, Account Renewal, Property Notifications, or others. Clients are getting emails, so we know email is working. I think it has to do with the Cron Jobs and times that are schedule to be run. Cron Jobs are setup outside the of the VPS server because they don’t seem to work when i schedule them via the CPanel. We are using "[login to view URL]" to schedule the jobs. Username and Password listed above. 2. Can we modify the graph under the “Manage Properties” page under the ADMIN Dashboard? Add another line to the existing graph where it counts how many properties where added on that specific month. You can call the label “Register Properties”. Also, modify the colors as instructed on the screenshot. 3. Create a new graph on the main ADMIN Dashboard that will track “Registered Users, Active Users, Pending Users, and Active Memberships” per month for a one year view. Similar to the graph that is currently on the same page.
