Ecommerce Website

I am looking for a person that can build and manage an online store using Bigcommerce or Shopify for my business. is a website that we have up currently that is doing 10-12 orders a day. The service entails visitors either selecting products and building a shopping cart or sending us a shopping list. The products listed are from 3 different suppliers. My request is for you to build a shop that will allow me to extend this business post the lock down and post the corona virus pandemic. My marketing focus long term will be about buying and supporting locals and thats effectively buying from the local farmers in the area. A selection of these suppliers include the following: The German Shop (no website) All That Jazz Bakery (no website) Charlesford farm ([login to view URL]) Redbarn ([login to view URL]) So first stage of the new shop will be to put up a shop that can sell all of the above as well as Woolworths (on our current site). Second stage of new shop is when we take down Woolworths, we will add an additional 3/4 fresh produce suppliers like Charlesford & Redbarn. Third stage will be to bring in other products which are not fresh food i.e. Artwork, Wooden Furniture, Unique Products to the town I live in, in South Africa). So the site will then become a site for both locals and also for internationals that we can ship product from South Africa to or even ship in country. The features I am looking for in a site include all the regular basics that come with a Bigcommerce (or Spotify store) from building a shopping cart (abandoned carts must be catered for) to processing orders. All products we feature will have an image, 1 line description and price as per what it looks like on Charlesford Farm. My ideal would be to not have the shop segregated by where the products come from but by product categories i.e. veggies, fruit, beef, pork etc and then under each on have the produce from each supplier shown side by side. Yes so we will have incidents where all 4/5 of our suppliers have fillet steak and the user can select which farm they want to select the fillet steak from and it needs to show the farm name so they can pick one specifically or pick based on price. Ideally we will get people buying the lowest priced item of choice. Once they have build a shopping basket of goods they will confirm the order. The system is to then produce a confirmation invoice and email it to client with the EFT instructions on the invoice. The system is to also email the suppliers with the order and also email our head office with the order. Our staff then take over and facilitate the orders etc. I am looking for you to give me advise on the additional marketing options that can be build in i.e. cms/database building, newsletter signups, discount coupon codes, how to handle abandoned carts, etc We need to highlight certain products and have a section to highlight special offers i.e. Fillet on sale or lettuce on sale etc. In a nutshell, I have the products and suply chain and I have the clients and I have the logistics side handled. I would like a world class online shop which will allow me to maximise my sales and give my users confidence in using our services. As said I have a very small budget to get this going and am happy to load all the products etc on our side. We just need to get the first store up quickly to capitalise on the traffic we are getting right now due to our town being in lockdown and getting a quality store up that is easy to use, clean and fast will certainly help me grow the business.
