I need a website and Document Portal setup for an accounting firm with the following requirements: 1. Basic website with logo, contact details, some brief words about the firm, and the portal login. The website will also be mobile compatible. 2. Client document portal, with the ability to; a. Upload and download documents b. Sign documents electronically. There may be some assumptions here with regard to the use of Abode (.pdf) documents c. Communicate with clients so they are aware when documents are available for download/signing/etc d. Communication from clients when they upload documents, and/or have questions regarding the document(s) e. *Potential MYOB integration for the documents and communications from the Portal f. Be fully secure 3. Please advise in your proposal what requirements you have to build the portal/website on, eg; a. Server (hardware specs required), OS, software, etc b. Backups 4. Costs associated with the proposal a. Setup b. Annual (annual maintenance/support proposal) 5. Indicative timeframes for testing, any training, and finalisation 6. Please also include the phrase "accounting is fun" in your proposal so I know you have read and responded specifically to the requirements

I've read the project description and I've a few questions: - Do you already have the logo? - How do you sign the PDF? With .pem files? My quotation doesn't include the integration with MYOB because I don't have enough details. For the deployment I would use a Debian server. I usually work with OVH, that gives you a server for less than $5/month. If we need something more powerful, we can upgrade it. The cost of the setup is included in my quotation. About the maintenance cost, you could hire me when you have a specific problem or you want to upgrade something. No continuous payment is required at all. I think that the platform could be finished in less than 30 days and 15 days for testing, but I like to give access to my customers to the application so that they can test during the development phase to speed up the process. Hi team my advice is to use a SaaS service to do everything, all access will be with 2 factor auth and with recurrent annual cost. I only need to know, how many users you need, and how many data do you need to be uploaded. The full suite has: Digital signature (word, pdf, ppt, etc) Fully secure with MFA Backups included Customer portal to sign and upload/download documents (signed or unsigned) The setup cost, billed 33% at the beginning and the other 67% when the works will be finished. Testing more or less 2 weeks after the platform will be finished, and 2-3 days for training.
