i have a site that i designed in photoshop , the purpose of this design is to appear in our company as the media page (when the screensaver and also on the pc's around the building )

i need to design a page ASAP that contains the same design and wont change when changing the resolution

the text will be a textbox that will retrieve the data from the database

i just need the masterpage layout with the text boxes

i need it by saturday 5-3-2016 (IF I ACCEPTED THE BID I WILL SEND THE PSD FILE )
