Building a website & Design

We propose to build a website similar to: [login to view URL] , but without the Jobs Platform. There would need to be one video platform on the Home Page - on the Kingsland site above there is two. Functionality for video to be hidden if necessary. Codeigniter and Core php to be used on the site. There would need to be a payment gateway attached to the site which can collect payments in a number of different currencies. I was considering using Pinpayments [ we are based in Australia]. The site attached has 2 "Learn More" Calls to Action [the "Executive Education" and the "Developer Certification" tags" , with attached webpages. This site would require 4 "Learn More" Calls to Action and related through pages . There are design elements would need to change to give the site a different [but still high tech "look]" to the above site, but structurally this is what we are looking for. We are looking for this website to be built quickly. We wish for it to be available for testing within 14 days, and for the website to be finished so it can go live 14 days after that. We have done a significant amount of preparatory work, and we are ready to proceed , but we need to apply for the payment gateway, which we will do concurrently. Our payment guidelines are: - 20% upfront; - 20% on the website being made available for testing; - 60% on the website working properly, and going live. We intend to pay 60% on the website going live to incentivise the developer to work with us to ensure that this project is completed quickly. The developer must be able to meet the following guidelines: The developer MUST be able to meet the following deadlines: Friday 6 September - developer appointment to project finalised; Monday 9 September - Payment of Milestone 1 - 20% of Project Monday 16 September - design of website presented; Friday 20 September - design of website to be approved Monday 23 September - payment of Milestone 2 - 20% of Project Monday 7 October - website provided for testing. Monday 7 October - Friday 11 October - Testing to be completed by client. Monday 14 October - Friday 18 October - Any rectification work from testing to be completed Monday 21 October - Friday 25 October - Testing of any rectification work required Monday 28 October - Assuming site is bug free from testing, Payment of Milestone 3 - 60% of Project Wednesday 30 October - site to go live. If you can not meet these deadlines please do not apply for the project. Employer may terminate project if necessary. We are looking for a developer who checks their work, and has good attention to detail. The website is not complex, and it is important that the project should not get bogged down in the Testing phase. This is not a complex site, so the developer should check their work prior to the Testing phase to ensure that the site going live is not delayed in Testing. 1: user home page 2: chat functionality 3: booking functionality 4: 4 sub pages 5; admin panel 6. links to 10 different cities from each of the 4 coure sub-pages 7. "About us" sub page from the Home page 8. 4 Links to Policy sub-pages from Home Page 9. 1 video on Home Page [to be hidden if necessary] 10. links to 2 social media accounts from Home Page 11. High tech look and feel, and use of Animation Graphics on Home Page 12. Use of Reference website to ensure site has a similar look and feel. Admin panel will manage to add courses or some other functionalities. IP to remain with client. Client's Standard Agreement to be used confirming IP and Payment Schedule. Revised budget: $3000 USD. Budget increased to reflect design work done by Freelancer's team, use of Codeigniter and Core php, and the Payment Schedule, and completion of the employer's Standard Agreement.
