Need a simple website that allows anybody to post content and comments. The content and comments must be submitted for approval, reviewed, and then published. The content providers and commenters should be notified of whether their content or comment was approved or not for publishing. There are two sections of the website that people can post to. The posts would be ordered by most recent first, but you should also be able to order by most commented on and most read. I would also like to have some SEO so that people can find the website I should have the ability to tag any new posts that are published. I would prefer to use an off the shelf product to create the template and manage the content because I would ideally like to maintain the site myself once it is up and running. I will acquire the domain name, and then the person helping me would help get it up and running. If you respond, please tell me what tools you would use, and how I would manage the content and website on an ongoing basis. I am hoping that this can be achieved by using something like Wordpress etc etc
