Build a quick dashboard template following an existing example

Hi there !
I'm building a website and I've seen a very nice & fancy dashboard template called Metronic. I've purchased it but it is way too complex & comprehensive.
I would like someone to help me build a similar-looking template but much simpler (HTML & CSS) so I can then plug my data onto it (through Django).
You'll find attached a screenshot of the page I would like to get the template for. The demo is accessible at : [login to view URL]
A few details :
> All the areas marked in red as "not needed" on the screenshot needs to be removed as I don't need them
> I would like to code to include the functions for (1) filtering the table and (2) select how many items to display (1-10 of 100 records) as well as automatic table pagination.
> I would also like to keep the "badge" formatting of the Status and Type columns as well as the actions buttons.
I will be able to share the sources of the webpage (HTML, CSS and Java) but as you'll see those are complex CSS & Java sources which I would like to get simplified with the essential items and comprehensively built so I can then adapt them myself.
Happy to elaborate further if need be.
