We have been running with a website for about a year and now looking to redesign it. There are performance loading issues, images used did not match our Australian audience and the same page template was used for each page so the bottom half of each page was exactly the same. Now, we really want a leading website design that stands us above our competitors and enables us to start working on SEO. Some of the things we'd like to have included if possible: - online qualifier with drop down boxes - 4-5 edibitble property listings - Integration with facebook instagram pages / reviews etc - Appointment scheduling - Testimonials - Blog section where we can load videos etc - Downloadble resources section - FAQS PLEASE NOTE WE REALLY WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN CREATE A VISUALLY STUNNING WEBSITE, so someone with great graphic design skills would be ideal. Please feel free to offer a higher price if you think that it is warranted you are the right person.
