Build a D3.JS plot

Hello everyone,
I need a special D3 line chart with the following requirements:
The data should be parsed from a CSV file. (I will provide you a sample.) The file contains many rows and 3 columns.
X, Y, C. The first 2 are coordinates and the third one is a hexa colour code.
Based on this, the plot should display each points and the line between them, and the line should coloured to the hexa given.
Both X and Y axis should be scaled to the min and max of that column.
