Build an Online Store

I need someone who can set up an ecommerce store on my hosting account. I'm looking to set up something that looks sort of like: [login to view URL], or like: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or thebay.com. Sort of that black on white look. with a menu system at the top and bottom and a middle area that I can modify to add various index page elements. (basically like the way you see how they've done those sites) Something basic where I can add categories of product departments to the top horizontal menu. The user can click on to navigate to a products individual sales page that has the products information and photo. At which point they can click a buy button or an add to cart button to make a purchase online. I want a script that's free to use and that you can integrate my paypal account into. I'm not looking for any paid scripts or monthly paid shopping carts or anything like that. I basically want to look only at over the shelf ready made free scripts that you could just plug and play. The script should obviously have some kind of "admin area" in which I can login as an administrator, perhaps an option to assign sub-admins as well. There I would add new categories, as well as products, descriptions, and images to each category. I have the domain and the hosting and everything. I just need someone who know of a good script that would model the above sites I mentioned. Something like that. I need someone who has experience with this and knows what they're doing. Again I'm on a tight budget so I not looking to buy any wordpress themes, or scripts, or shopping carts etc etc. I'm just looking for ways to set all all this up for free other than the fee I pay you for doing it. Please show me a few stores you've already set up so I can see your work. I only want someone who has experience with setting up online stores. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks.
