Build an Online Store

I'm looking for Automatic DTH Recharge System.(Single operator only) This will be two part: Desktop part: 1) Automatic DTH Recharge System will be in Desktop Computer. recharge sim will be connect withe Desktop via usb 3g/EDGE/GSM Modem or Mobile phone. 2) Application can be create 3-5 kind of user level. a) Admin b) wholesaler c) Reseller d) Distributor e) client (note: all user can access in web platform) 3) system can able to show statistic by search/check 4) Software will be show real time position. (User on website/ Sending order/ etc) 5) Adding DTH oparator and connect with modem/Mobile. Website part; 1) Account creating ability by end user . Approval will be by Admin 2) recharge system database will connect with website (update whole system real-time) 3) When each user login in website User can be see their controlpanal by recharge system database. 4) user can change password and admin can all over. 5) User can see their Account balance 6) user just put DTH ID number and amount and send 7) User can check their database ( date, DTH ID number, amount,Transition ID ) Automatic Mobile Recharge System. deskto will connect in internet with USB modem without static IP. Note : During recharge order customer should redirect to payment gateway like paytm,freecharge.
