Build me an interactive/responsive section that I can input into my website

I need a freelancer to clean up my poorly coded website section. I would also like to make it more responsive and include more javascript and animations into it making it more interactive. I would like to keep the design I have created, however, if you think you have other ideas you would like to ass to make the section better I am open to adding other ideas. I also need the appearance to be cleaned up and I'd like it to make it look a little more professional while keeping the same appearance and style. Here are some of the details and necessary things that I need done by the freelancer. - Cleaning up the code, while also making it still easy for me to edit colors and such - Making it usable and easily integrated into my Shopify store - Make the section scalable and viewable and interactive on smaller resolutions such as a phone, tablet, or monitor. - Cleaning up any appearance mistakes or details that can be added - I have provided an SVG animation of a lightning bolt. I would like this to be recreated and implemented into the code. Making it repeat itself infinitely along with the "speed" variable. (You can use Javascript to recreate the SVG) - Make everything pop up and transition into the section. (Make everything in the webpage looking graphic rise in or transition in) - Add some sort of cloud animation that lights up the cloud when you hover over it. (I think Javascript could do this correctly) - Give the "speed" Javascript code I already have in the example have some sort of animation rather than just changing from one speed to another (ex. 30ms instantly changes to 60ms with no animation) - Do not use any images, only use code. (In the example I used images just to show you how I'd like it to look) - Make a copy for Shopify and a copy of the code for just a normal website - Make sure that the copy of the Shopify code can be integrated into Shopify without messing up any of my other CSS properties. (Make classes and IDs more specific so the sections code doesn't alter any parts of the website) The section should kinda look similar to the following two websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
