Build Me a AngularJS Web Page That allows download of audio Recordings segments

Good Day, I need a nice looking simple AngularJS page that will allow a user to select a Radio name, start date and time, and end date and time. Using this information an api request needs to be made to request and download the recording for that duration. The API must be created which extracts the portion of audio required into a single file for download. All audio mp3 files will be stored in AWS bucket in 1hour files. Basic Auth is required, i.e. user must login. Admin user can create users and radio stations. Users should be limited to select from specific Radio Stations. If the processing of the API takes some time then a processing indication (spinner) should be displayed that changes to a download button once file is ready for download. Points: - Will eventually need to be deployed in AWS Elastic Beanstalk - Interface to be developed with Authentication - API server side to be developed to find correct file/s and extract/stitch together the required portions of audio using FFMPEG - Once valid start date and end date are selected and indication of recording duration in HH:MM:SS should be displayed as well as file size in Kb, Mb etc - Admin can put a limit (Seconds) on maximum length file a user can select. i.e. limit a user to only choose max 1 hour durations only. - Radio Selection will be drop down - Date and Time selection should use datetime range from: [login to view URL] Summary: User must login, make a selection and fire off a request that we then use to create a file for download.
