Hi , I need to draw a BPMN for a website project. It's an online marketplace for safari tours in Africa. It's like Airbnb but for safari. It is a B2B2C website, then there are 3 sides actors: - customer for the front office - tour operator for the back-office - Admin, which is me as administor Of course, each role has differents features and business process. The website will have rules business like: - login/register - chat with tour operator - request booking - payment and refund condition - payment processing - reviews redaction For supplier: - register/login - create tour package - receive request - chat with customer - calendar verification - accept booking For admin (myself): - moderation process: -- accept/refuse tour operator registration -- accept/refuse tour package creation -- payment management based on contract -- review moderation Tell me please if you are avalaible, if yes, what software do you use ? tell me also if you have any experience in this sector ? Also Im opened for any suggestion. I need to provide this to developers, design UX/UI and lawyer. It will be the main tool for future talk with various service providers. I need this to be very clear, professional and easily understandable. I need a business workflow or any diagram explaining the process sequence with conditinal output. thank for letting me know.
