I don't know about your preferences but here is what I have done, standing at your place.
Opening a freelancing consultant service, or join freelancer.com team for further growth [Because freelancer.com has many flaws and an experienced employer/employee on freelancer can take charge, effectively]
Freelancing is future! World is evolving and it brings various changes in all domains. You name it, job, education, hiring process, colonization [Well, it is already started by Mark Ruffalo, oh sorry, the main hero of the story, Elon Musk, colonizing the Mars] etc. Hence, considering the marketplace for virtual tasks [Tasks that can be done remotely] , the trend of hiring for permanent job is bleeding away from the world. Nowadays, HR looks freelancer, rather than hiring permanently. Its all about growth. Just see world after couple of decades. From HR's point of view, its all been managing the workforce on the project basis and earning more than an alone freelancer do. I see a lot of scope.
I guess, I can have a debate on it. Its not about price. Its about to show my personal view to the required one.
