Autoagentonline.com Intro Page or Revamp

I have designed this website my self and everything is complete execpt the logo & the shopping cart. Everything is alread in place I just need to have the website look more professional. Logo will be finished very shortly. Also the website has frames which I have been told are no good for search engine submission. So I might need an intro page or a redesigned website. I really like how everything opens up in the main window though. I need the following 1)Explaination if the frames are going to be a problem for SEO. 2)Website revamped to be more professional and appealing 3)Search engine optimization
