HTML responsive website - repost

as discussed on skype, we urgently need an expert website designer to design a website in one day. i need this work to be done by tomorrow. i need a responsive website design, website, design will be clone of phonesheriff dot com, i will provide video for home page, and app screenshots to be used in site. this app is for android and iphone so no need to design pages for blackberry and windows phone. all layout design, menu and pages will be same like phonesheriff. main pages and inner pages will be same for Home, For Parents, For Business, Features, Compatibility, Purchase, Login, Support, after designing this site, you have to itegrate the design with our web app developed in YII framework, so this site will work as front end pages. its a very easy job, we need an expert web site designer who can develop a responsive website, i need this work to be done in one day budget: $50-70 good feedback and rating will be given to website designer. thanks
