Web designer reqd to design Website incl Ecommerce required

I require web designer to create a website to support a new business venture for a holiday accomodation advertising properties for rent and sale. In addition to the project requirements below, one critical need is for the site to administered by the hirer with no website programming knowledge - the ability to amend and update simple templates and carry out administration tasks easily and efficiently is required. With this in mind, the platform and ecommerce solution should be determined and proposed by you. The site will need to capture property, location details - customers will need to be able to register add their property details and then move to a payment system which will ideally allow for quarterly payments (initially to generate a database customers will be able to add properties for free - need to take this into account) The customer and property information should be captured via an online form which will be used for all properties - 1 for rentals and 1 for sales (information needed will be 90% consistent across both). An availability calendar will be required for each property (which customers should be able to update upon login to their property page). The intention would be availability would feed into a holiday seeker's preferred date search. The property owners contact details would be shown for holiday seeker's to contact directly to arrange booking. The website will require: Front end Professional look, engaging cwith customers with search tool facility to for customers to find what they need as quickly as possible. Ability to feature properties and special offers, advertise space for banners etc Back end Easy administration - ability to generate sales data, MI on number of clicks, users etc E-Commerce Facility to take one off payments and quarterly payments Social Networking Links Logo design would be ideal but not absolutely necessary as will be part of marketing plans Domain already chosen and registered.
