Create Google Adsense Website(wordpress) Earning $20 to $30 per day

I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is a reliable Google Adsense website creator and is able to create an Adsense site that must generate at least from $20 to $30 USD per day. Please show me some proof once the work has been done that it really makes at least the amount mentioned for the project daily. If you are not capable to deliver this task, then please DO NOT BID!

You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using Wordpress, with a good design.

Site MUST adhere to the following:

. Provide precise overview and detailed plan before starting the project, and some sample articles to check them.

. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently

. SEO Marketing as required

. Must generate $20 to $30 per day.

. Wordpress based website

. Any niche except adult, pharm, violence, gambling or anything that is not accepted by AdSense. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%

. Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .

I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER:

- All terms have been met successfully.

- I see constant income of at least $20 in my Adsense account (minimum of 30 consecutive days)

- I receive my first payment of minimum $600 form Google Adsense

- If my account blocked by google then I never release your payment.

- I want to hire you and pay you a monthly fee for maintenance of the website if you generate more Adsense income
