Copy website, transfer new Host, integrate shopping cart

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a website, which is currently hosted in the US. I would like a copy made of that site and have it transferred to a new host and new domain. I can give access to the current host to help with this.
The copy of the website would be changed so that the shopping cart would use my worldpay account for processing credit card transactions, and my paypal account for paypal transactions. So some integration is required for those systems. The website will need to be fully operational before payment is made.
The website is only 8 pages in size. It can be seen at [login to view URL]
There maybe some small changes to the images and text of the copied site, which I may ask, or if we can set the copy of the website up on a UK host that has an easy to use WCMS, I will be able to make those changes. So if you know a host like this that might help.
