100582 Website with abt 15 Affiliates

I am building a content oriented site between 12 to 15 pages text will be provided although I might need help editing it. I need a nice design where all text is on the center so that I can have GoogleAdsense on the left side, banners on the right and a Google search on the bottom of course this would be discussed later. I need a blogging system for suggestions on any new issues that arise about the quality of the products used by the consumers (feedback) I must approve the content before it shows I need to set up an email account on the server I also need a tracker for where the clicks come from what keyword are used and how long visitors stay in my pages and who sends them to me. I also need every product that is featured linked to the corresponding affiliate using my ID numbers so that I can get credit for any traffic that I send them there will be about 11 to 15 affiliates. NB the site must be build optimized for Google yahoo, msn, ask jeeves and other major search engines Google and yahoo the most important. I want invisible affiliate links. Copyright, contact emails also maybe a news letter. I need a nice conservative logo. Also I am not sure how to improve my ranking especially with Google. The bottom line is I want this site to work, so suggestions are appreciated. I need someone who has good English writing skills mostly just to understand the whole picture of the project. Flexibility is important in these types of projects.
