Website Template : Baby / Family Theme : Web 2.0 look needed

This is a project to produce a template for a new website and all I am asking is the design of a single page. If you would like to bid for this project you should have at least three designs that you can share with me, at least one should be live, at least one should present your abilities on Web 2.0 look and feel. If you can present anything related to family or baby themes that would be a plus. Theme: Babies! The site will essentially serve as a baby/family photo album. I would like to have a design which should make people say “so cute” when they see the webpage, not necessarily baby pictures though, you can also think about cartoons etc. I will provide some starting point. I expect a neat, tidy, Web 2.0 look and feel. If you really think you can do better with a water colour splashes theme, please do a sketch but don’t feel bad if I don’t like it. Please understand I need to accept final graphic design before you proceed with HTML and this might take 2-3 iterations. If you are not clear with what I mean by Web 2.0 look and feel please do not bid. Requirements: Website will have following sections, in separate include files (I use PHP but I don’t expect you to write any code at all). Sections will be: Header; which includes logo, possibly a picture and a navigation bar with rollovers and dropdowns, navigation bar should use JavaScript, JQuery or CSS, please do not use flash. Left menu; another set of navigations, no need for dropdowns. Both header and left menu navigations might be created dynamically so I expect those to be text based rather than being graphical. Content section; This will have a static content (text/image) or a form. I expect CSS files to cover these two situations. Forms should have relevant error classes (marked red or similar). Once more, fully Web 2.0 style forms (at least one text box, password, check box, radio button, drop down and a button) – I expect main page, content section to have these form elements as well as some text and images. Footer; will have static content, and links, T&C, privacy statement etc. I will provide a logo however, I will leave it to your creativity if you would like to redo it. Web sites name might change so please don’t work heavily on the name. I would like to have icons for facebook, twitter and maybe one more social link. I expect these to reflect “baby” mood completely and they will not be more than 6 icons in total. All graphic material (and everything else) you use should be whether your creation or properly licensed. If you would like to use a stock photo, please do your design using watermarked version of it on your PSD design and agree with me that I am fine to buy the image. Deliverables: PSD file for the graphic design including all fonts used. DreamWeaver design (please mention this on your initial response if you prefer to use another tool, for the right design I might be fine without DW). Final HTML/Image/CSS etc files (this should represent a working sample of the site). Limitations: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX/JQuery are fine. No Flash. Site should be 100% compatible with IE, Chrome, Safari and Firefox Disclaimer: I will have exclusive right to use for all material you produce for this project. However, if you prefer, I am happy to give credits on an “about us” or similar page.
