Website Design Needed ASAP

Hi everyone, I am in desperate for an experience web developer. I am taking my business to the internet! I need someone to completely build a website consisting of a complex search engine, im guessing 2 databases for 2 diff types of members, personal pages for each user (like [login to view URL]) This job will probably be time consuming, but i need this done and im guessing this is the right place to start. There are a few more minor things the site will require, but to the one selected will that information be released to. I have a full Mission Statement that will fill in all the details, but in order to review that i will request a non disclosure agreement between me and the developer. Someone already tried to hawk my business and make it their own..sad people.
