I am looking for a website called writing company website or freelance writing service. The basic idea is that site will like [url removed, login to view] / [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view], where I can manage my project with my writers (order taking system). This is basic idea, more thing I can discuss while interview process.

I have already got a domain solvedessays.com. I have also payumoney registration to install payment gateway in it, plus I have paypal check out code too.

Looking out for most economical site designer. I am not yet sure of budget but I have very tight budget obviously.
