PSD to Responsive Magento Template

Hi all you awesome freelancers :) I need a template setup for my Magento store using supplied PSDs. The job requires setting up ready for installation into a Magento store. Layouts required are: 1) Catalog page 2) Product detail page 3) One-step checkout page 4) CMS page All pages use the same header/menu/footer. Detailed PSD files will be provided. Those attached are just a basic version for to assist in explanation below. A few things: - menu is created using extension from [login to view URL], and needs to be formatted to suit the site as a single row horizontal menu. ie you need to adjust the existing CSS running the menu system to suit the new template - menu drop downs to show products in each category - just text based categories - all functionality already exists - just format css. - the top of the page has a header, and then the menu is a single row below it. When the user scrolls down, I want the header to disappear, but the menu to stay fixed at the top of the screen for easy access - category list view requires "hover" highlight for items - site must convert to responsive version for use on phones / tables. The menu already supports this. - there is a pop-in menu which shows account functions accessible from top of each page - this functionality needs to be created - and content is dependent upon whether user in logged in or out. - site is setup and running, so you can take a copy and test - final html/css/js must be optimised and avoid conflicts with any existing extensions used. - current template used is MA_BRAVIA from: [login to view URL] - the "cart" icon which sits in the header on all pages, needs to show contents of cart in lightbox style window. This functionality already exists in the current template system, so jut needs to be integrated into new template Hope to hear from you soon.
