Project involves real estate website. Developer to: 1) Install and customize the [login to view URL] "Vertex" template ([login to view URL]) on an existing [login to view URL] Wordpress hosting account. 2) Install and integrate the Wordpress plugin/widget for IDXBrokerPlatinum ([login to view URL]). (We already have necessary API etc.) 3) Configure site for multilingual support (Google Translate drop down menu only), Google Maps and Google Analytics (already have Google API's established for all necessary services mentioned). 4) Light SEO work to finish. 5) We Will pay overage costs for anything beyond four (4) main pages in customization. Most customization to involve the home page widget sections/plugins as discussed above.
