Website and Graphic designer Needed

I am looking for a web and graphic designer who can help me complete one website using Magento. This post is for a web/graphic designer not a programmer. If you can do programming using PHP and javascript then its a plus. NOTE: Preference will be given to bidder if you have experience developing websites in Magento. Please include your profile in detail. Also include what sort of work you have done in Magento like 1. created theme out of psd file 2. edited css Serious bidder only with intermediate or advance skills.
