Unfinished homepage mockup .JPEG converted to editable .PSD

I have rough/unfinished .JPEG mockup of the website home page (one page), category/information content and interface layout is approved, however the template will need to be redrawn with a touch of finesse and converted into editable .PSD file. Please provide link to your portfolio featuring website or interface design skills. Additional notes: -- Main "HEADER" needs to be recreated with some image effects to look original and appealing -- Create a color scheme for the home page, I like it so it feels elegant and clean look and feel (don't mistaken this for plain and boring) so the interface looks like an eye candy to our target audience -- Create original buttons and tabs that will complement the homepage design -- Web 2 Look and Feel, template width 990px -- Template MUST NOT be featured in selected freelancer's portfolio. We will own all rights to the template. I will provide you with: -- Rough/unfinished .JPEG mockup of the website home page with approved layout -- I will provide several samples of the graphic image for the "HEADER" -- Template draft will be available to a qualified candidate -- Website logo will be provided -- Text will be provided in Word Document Format
