Template conversion from Joomla to Prestashop

Hello, We bought this template for our Joomla website. [login to view URL] We made some modifications, but we basically kept the same look. Now we want to change from Joomla to Prestashop in order to implement a shop in our website, but we like this design and we would want to keep it. Of course, we have the PSD sources. So this job will have 2 aspects : 1) Converting the existing graphics into a Prestashop theme. 2) Creating the non-existing part of this theme in order to use Prestashop, like the design of the side blocks (i.e. Block Categories, Block cart etc.), the action buttons, breadcrumb, checkout page, category pages, product pages, language flags, currency buttons etc. These graphics must be nicely inserted into the theme and meet the general look of the website. I will show you different graphic designs that I like, so you can inspire your work. You will also have to make the design for few Prestashop modules that we use and that we would like to be integrated nicely into the general theme. This theme must be 100% compatible with Prestashop 1.4.5.1. We need a very professional work, with a commented code, full CSS integration and every Prestashop feature working perfectly (Ajax, jquery, instant searches etc.).
