135000 Quick 1 page CSS redesign

This is a very simple and quick project, updating the design of

part of one page -- and we are providing the new design that

we want.

However, we need someone with experience doing very high

quality CSS work. Please do not bid without providing a link

to a porfolio or an example of your work.

The project:

Basically, we need to update our current page:

[url removed, login to view]

so that it looks like this target example:

[url removed, login to view]

[Please disregard the fact that the .JPG image of the new design

is slightly smaller compared with the [url removed, login to view] page.

The new page is meant to remain the same overall size.]

As you can see, the project is a quick one which basically consists

of three parts:

1.) Add transparent shadow to the photo using CSS.

The effect does not need to be as dramatic as in the example, I exaggerated it slightly for emphasis.

The table cell can be made slightly larger if needed to accommodate,

and please make sure that the effect is compatible with all major

current browsers (Explorer, Firefox and Safari).

VERY IMPORTANT: This page is a template. Therefore, although the photo will always be the same width (500 pixels), the photo height will vary. This means that the shadow will need to be automatically scalable to the varying photo height. To make sure, please verify that the shadow also shows correctly with this photo in place:

[url removed, login to view]

2.) Add contact form as shown in target example.

The form in the example is based on the one at the bottom of

this page:

[url removed, login to view]

Please replicate this form as closely possible, with the positioning

and dimensions shown on our target example.

We need graphic design only -- we don't need you to set up the

function of the form. All we need in terms of function is that the

form fields should be set up in the standard way for a form, as

regular "input" variables. In other words, please don't do anything

that involves unusual data handling or use of Flash, etc.

Please make sure to preserve the "3D" aspect of the form (the shadow between the left and right sections). Also, please make sure that fields in use are "highlighted" as in the example.

Don't worry about the small photo that we have added to the left

side of the form. A simple placeholder there is fine.

3.) Generally work on the central table of the page to make the

various elements line up neatly and properly as in the example.

Please observe the positions of lines, shades, etc. Also, work

with CSS to make sure that fonts are all neat and professional.

Finally, any other small style changes/improvements you would

like to make are welcome.

We will give you FTP access so you can work on the matchtemp_old

file directly. All photo links will be active.

Finally, this is a rush project ... we are hoping to have the finished

product by Friday afternoon.

Please do not bid without first reading this description and looking

at the current page and target example page.

Thank you for your time.
