Online model contest-pageant with voting

Our Company is in the area of marketing and consulting so we need help with this web design project. It comes from one of our top client. More projects to come , 2-3 per month. Project description : Our client will like to develop an online model contest-pageant. The users will have to become a member to vote and also pay a small fee (1$) Web site map : -Welcome Site ( No intro , just an over 18 enter or exit option ) -Main Site with : About us / Our Stars / Become A member / Contact us -About us : (text) information about the contest and the company that has the management -Our Stars : The users must have a password to access the stars area. All models (20) will have a personal site with info area(text) , 5 pictures area and will have also the option to upload one video. -Become a member : information about how a user can become a member to vote -Contact us : Contact information In the main site will be displayed some pics of the models and one video. Admin panel also will have to be provided to control all the above. More information and some website samples will be given. Please send us your quote or your questions if you need more information.
