I need a logo and landing page designed

Here is a description of the site it's for: It's a language exchange site where a person is matched to other people who want to learn the language and then are able to video chat with them for given periods of time. It's a community that brings people from all over the world in contact with each other. Landing Pages I like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I really like that both of the above examples are straight forward and to the point. They have immediate calls to action and both have a tagline that compels people to join. I especially like the details in the background of the vimeo landing page. I need the landing page and a logo to go with it. The logo should be quick and concise, get the main point across and have some detail in it that I can take out and use as a favicon.
