graphic designer for a varierty of projects

Looking for a good reliable person to join our growing and CHANGING team of designers and programmers. at this point I am looking to have a graphic designer with the following criterias join our team: - very creative and innovative with a good portfolio to share with us - can work in web as easily as in print. - can program - Can communicate in perfect english ideally as close to native speaker as possible. - preferred someone that is a spanish speaker Currently have a job to test your skills out on a logo design. The logo is for a "green energy" conference called Greenex 1 - the number will change each year with every hosting of the event.
