Website skins required for startup company

My start-up company requires professionally designed web skins for 4 pages. The web skins must be hand coded, CSS & HTML + Any images etc and full copyright rights provided upon completion. The company name is NAPT software. Our logo has already been designed and I would like to incorporate the logo and colours into the web skins. Please find the logo attached. I would like a fresh, clean, modern, unique look to the site. The business focuses on .NET web solutions for the small to medium sized business. The four pages are as follows: * Home Page - Company info and services * About NAPT - Info on the team * Support - This page will offer a way of accessing the support portal via a link etc. * Contact Us - Contact Request form & SPAM filter Further details will be provided regarding content of the above pages to the winning bidder, however this is an overview. I require the professionally designed web skins and layout all to be hand coded. Everything else will be done by me. All HTML and CSS, images & other content must be provided upon delivery, along with full copyright rights. The pages must factor in and utilise SEO techniques, be W3C compliant and cross browser compatible. Initially I am looking for 5-6 example web skin designs of one of the pages. The focus will then be on embedding the content, into each of the four pages previously specified styled to the chosen skin design. I am a .NET coder but lack the artistic flair so this is what I am looking for. The skins will need to be designed with the .NET framework in mind. Interested then please place your bid.
