Hi,
We need the following site converted into a MODx template.

Along with dynamic menu generation for the top buttons, also us being able to add additional tabs ourselves.
We also need at the top of every page a section that allows us to have sub pages.
Ie. under the main Services tab, we need.
Service 1 | Service 2 | Service 3 | Service 4
On the main page, we need the white box on the right to be a news feed. Displaying the latest 3 news entries.
Then at the bottom of every page we need a map similar to the one on my [login to view URL] page. Displaying the primary category headers, and then the pages below.

This need to be dynamically built.
