I'm a student of the University of Colombo and I have experience in arduino, AVR programming and web programming. Your requirement is little bit difficult to understand. If you can describe it to me more, I may surely do the job. In order to control the arduino via internet requires a website or a dedicated IP. And the Arduino needs an Ethernet shield. In that also there're some issues. My suggestions to the project will be given if the project is awarded. Thank you.
