setup dd-wrt router homepage

I have installed DD-WRT on an Asus RT-N10U Router, H/W Ver: B1, F/W Ver: V3.0.0.4.3/4_168. What I need is to offer Free WiFi, but every user that connects to the Free WiFi to display an external homepage (to be re-direct to a specific website). After that they can navigate to any other website. I don't need login for the WiFi users, I don't need splash page. I have tried to setup the NoCatSplash, but I was not able to make it work properly. So I need help to set this up and make the homepage working properly for all WiFi users. You can find attached a screenshot with the settings I've made in NoCatSplash. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOUR OFFER DON'T FIT MY BUDGET !!!
