Extract data from government auction websites into a dynamic spreadsheet.

We are a small business in North Florida, USA. We frequently monitor auctions of surplus government materials. We need a tool that will build a spreadsheet of current auction activity from a public website. For example, we would like to be able to easily add an identifier such as the lot number, and have the spreadsheet populate information current price, auction close date/time, and monitor that data live. The primary site is gsaauctions.gov. Here is an example of a single item. [login to view URL] We might bid on 30 items at once, and they are difficult to follow with loading and reloading pages., closing windows etc. Additionally the closing times will be extended each time a new high bid is placed, so the order of "first to close" changes constantly. I have never used a freelancer before, and have no idea what such a project might cost. I think it's a simple formula, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
